Get ready for the party of the year! Join us for an evening of reflection, celebration and rhythm as we revel in 25 years of artistry at the intersections of hip-hop theater, performance, and community building! Echoes of the Future is more than an anniversary — it’s a living archive, a homecoming (Brooklyn in the house!), and a collective invocation of what’s to come.
This celebration is a Hi-ARTS Homecoming to Brooklyn — where Hi-ARTS was born in 2010 as the Hip-Hop Theater Festival. Like the roots of hip-hop culture, Hi-ARTS started as a living room idea and through the dedicated innovation of a few — has blossomed into what it is today. This prolific evening will also celebration and honor three prolific artists in the New York City creative community. Featuring live performances, not one but two DJs to keep the party rocking, we will recognize the talent that we serve while celebrating all that we’ve accomplished in the last 25 years.
Join us in celebrating our legacy and our future — where we will honor the incredible work and achievements of our talented artists, dedicated alumni, administrators, and vibrant community members from past, present, and future generations.
